We are looking to add a talented, driven and creative Sous Chef to our kitchen*! You will be the second person in command alongside Chef Eric LeVine, joining in with creating and bringing our vision for this restaurant to life.

This position will present an amazing opportunity to train and learn alongside Chef Eric LeVine as seen on Food Network Chopped, Chopped Champions, Beat Bobby Flay and recently on Alex vs America. He has just been named Best Chef of Long Island and is bringing his talents here, to The Local on the Lake.

To be successful in this role, you will need…

Great cooking skills

Strong leadership and communication abilities

Some previous experience in a kitchen leadership role
